Here’s how it works:
Material Conveying: Send many kinds of loose materials such as corn silage, rice husk, cottonseed hulls, hops and other scraps into the compression area through the conveyor belt.
Compression molding: Compress the loose material, like licorice, fiber corncob, straw, hay, etc., with high pressure to reduce the volume.
Automatic bagging: Put the compressed material into customized bags at a speed of 35-45 bags per hour.
Sealing and output: Automatically seal and output finished products, ready for transportation.
