To ensure safe and efficient operation of your wood carbonization kiln, please follow these key guidelines:
The kiln is pre-programmed with carbonization profiles based on wood type and density.
Select the appropriate mode or input a custom process via the control panel.
For temperature adjustments, contact our technical team.
The kiln runs fully automated once started.
Set desired runtime or schedule auto-start/auto-shutdown as needed.
Never open the kiln door immediately after operation – wait until internal temperature is within 10-20°C of outside temperature.
Load wood with proper ventilation spacing.
Heat to 75-80°C (hold ~1 hour), then 100°C (hold ~1 hour), finally 110-120°C (hold 2-6 hours).
Visually inspect carbonization level before cooling.
Allow natural cooling below 50°C (or within 10-20°C of ambient) before unloading.
Always close drainage valves during high-temperature operation.
Never force-open the kiln door during cooling—risk of burns or combustion.
For optimal results, strictly adhere to the preset parameters or consult our team for custom settings.
