How to Extend The Life of Wrapping Machine?

The wrapping machine should be cleaned and maintained regularly during use to ensure normal operation of the machine and extend its service life.

Note:All cleaning and maintenance operations should be performed with the power off.

• Machine cleaning:

Please use weak detergent to clean the machine, and do not use organic solvent products to clean the film winding machine.

• Machine maintenance:

After daily cleaning of the machine, the transmission mechanism of the film wrapping machine can be inspected and maintained within one year.

The main ones are:

1. Make a strong adjustment to the chassis drive chain mechanism and add oil.
2. Check the lifting chain mechanism.
3. Check the lifting motor transmission mechanism.
4. Check whether the electrical system is intact, especially whether the grounding protection of the casing is complete.

After the machine has been in use for about 6 months, the chassis disc should be removed and the garbage inside the chassis should be cleaned out! Otherwise, the broken stretch film will be wrapped around the chassis sprocket and damage the machine prematurely.
